1. Scope
This Guarantee applies to every CoopB Member (anyone who has purchased the single 28‑day bundle CB28).
2. What’s Guaranteed
Cooling‑Off Refund — You may cancel your first bundle within 14 calendar days of payment. We will refund 100 % of the USD $3 Administrative/Membership Fee to the original payment method. The irrevocable USD $25 Contribution is credited to your internal wallet (you can withdraw or re‑use it once you are Active again).
Security & Unauthorized‑Use Protection — If a proven third‑party breach of the CoopB platform results in the loss of your USD $3 Fee while it is still held by CoopB, we will replace the lost Fee amount or credit you an equivalent Fee balance. (Contributions move peer‑to‑peer instantly and cannot be reversed.)

3. What’s Not Guaranteed
- Future Contributions (no income promise).
- Losses from wallet mishandling, phishing, or shared passwords.
- Missed renewals or forfeited positions—you control your own timing.
- Refunds on optional product purchases (CoopLife Academy subscriptions, CoopBits tokens, CoopNFTs) — those follow the refund policy displayed on their respective product pages.
4. How to Claim
Email legal@cooplegals.com within 30 days of the event. Include:
(a) your wallet address,
(b) description of the issue, and
(c) evidence (e.g., blockchain TX hash, screenshots).
We may request additional information to verify the claim.

5. Resolution Timeline
We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 14 calendar days.
6. Maximum Liability
The lesser of (i) the USD $3 Administrative/Membership Fee you paid or (ii) USD $3 in total.
7. No Employment or Agency
Members participate as independent, self‑employed platform users. Nothing in this Guarantee (or the Terms) creates an employer–employee, agency, partnership, or joint‑venture relationship.
8. Governing Law
Same jurisdiction and dispute‑resolution mechanism as set out in the main CoopB Terms & Conditions.
Plain‑English Take‑aways (non‑binding summary)
- Only the USD $3 Administrative/Membership Fee is refundable—your USD $25 peer‑to‑peer Contribution is irrevocable.
- Optional product purchases (CoopLife Academy, CoopBits, CoopNFT) are not covered by this Guarantee.
- You manage your own renewal schedule; CoopB cannot reverse a missed payment.
- If CoopB’s system—not yours—ever loses your USD $3 Fee, we will make you whole up to USD $3.
